I've been talking about how soccer team should focus on developing players from their youth academy and how they shouldn't invest so much money at a 16 17 year old kid, because they can turn out to be a flop in the future and how youth Soccer has evolved into a fiercely competitive arena. More and more children are leaving recreational leagues to play in highly competitive select leagues. Select leagues are made up of teams, which players must tryout or be selected to play for. I had the unfortunate task of being an evaluate at such a tryout. Fifty ten-year-old boys had come out for a three day tryout in which forty five of them were placed on three teams. Cuts were made on the field and for those boys who had made a team it was a very exciting, but for the five boys who were cut it was absolutely heartbreaking. Privacy and confidentiality are huge issues of new media today. These issues are usually interconnected with social networking sites than any other forms of new media. As such, Myspace and Facebook are targeted social networks with privacy and confidentiality concerns. People usually disclose and expose unnecessary information to the general public that of which can backfire against them. Because individuals have been carelessly revealing such information as their phone numbers, addresses, sibling names, birthdays, and many more, this revelation may lead to identity theft and harm the individual or their loved ones. Also, the exposure of certain information may lead to stalking, sexual harassment, and other types of potential attacks that can invade their privacy. Because new media is taking our identities and privacy to a new level, the community must be aware of the privacy settings and options that are available for them in order to manage their profile so that it remains exclusive

For out school the advice would faster Wifi because many students, staff, and professors complain about it and it is becoming a huge problem for Brooklyn College. The campus is antique and beautiful. Its not high tech or vast like other cunys however once you enter, its as if youre in another world. Especially during spring when all the flowers come into bloom are everywhere to be found. Brooklyn College is an great institute but some of the old school non-technological existences bothers lots of students. "The wifi is horrible, buildings are obsolete, virtually anybody can enter the campus, other students are disrespectful and rude, area is not safe at night, no food around campus, and the professors are horrible." this is quote from a anonymous student who commented about our school and its problems.

Creativity rose throughout the years and it effected many thing, people's everyday life, technological innovation, businesses, and social media tools. While many people think of creativity as a puzzle process, researchers generally agree that there are clear principles at work, such as a lucid formulation of the problem, knowledge and practice in a particular field, crossing domains and persistence. Technology does not quell creativity, in fact, there’s a great deal of evidence that suggests that technology enhances creativity. Certainly, we are expected to be more creative in our working lives than a generation ago. The truth is that by expanding possibilities and automating part of the creative process, we can all be more creative and productive.

What are different ways these virtual worlds can be used? What are the pros and cons? Be specific. How do virtual worlds foster creativity? What do you think the future of virtual worlds will look like? From a different point of view companies are utilizing virtual technology, many people are go on and experiment sites that have virtual characters, and to interact with other virtual users. The purpose of virtual sites are "realistically" interacting with these other virtual sites and people to become more like virtual friends. Experiencing the reality through virtual world, for instance you can be whomever you want to be or whatever you want to do. Another example would a woman trying to live as a man that is possible if you have your virtual world program as you wanting be a man why not, i bet i would be a great example. Twitter might sound one of the difficult social media platforms but it is not to be honest when i first started using twitter it was complicated. Since a tweet is limited to 140 characters, it only allows for a discussion relevant to the topic to occur. The character limit can also be a frustration when trying to have a discussion because not all relevant information one wants to post can be done under one tweet. Instead, they would have to tweet multiple times if they go over the 140 character limit. Twitter only allows for simple discussions which in my opinion is a major flaw. BlackBoard discussion is similar to a Twitter discussion, without the character limit. BlackBoard provides more technological features to help groups with collaborations. It also encourages users to research and provide reliable sources when having a discussion. A BlackBoard discussion will result in users providing the most refined answers. I believe BlackBoard will encourage the most educated answers.

Nowadays, social media is one of the main channels used by companies to reach their target audiences. In my opinion that teens are moving away from Facebook and into other social networks like Instagram and Snapchat. So if you're primarily targeting teens, you may want to focus your resources on building a stronger presence on those networks. You will see the picture below which social media applies best to you criteria and you will be the to decide which one to stay loyal to after these comparisons. FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, INSTAGRAM, LINKEDIN, PINTEREST AND SNAPCHAT Research shows that Facebook is the king for having the most users for each month. Instagram follows with 400 million users each month. Twitter used to be one of the most popular social media site but at the moment twitter is the third most used site with 310 million monthly users.

When Facebook first came out everybody was talking about it, i was a freshman in high school back in 2008, it did came out before 2008 but i was socially out going hanging out with my friends and never paid attention to social media.
